Launch your project. Maximize your impact. improve outcomes.

✵ Nova Impact Lab ✵

4-week project accelerator for leaders in perinatal health and early childhood development.

You know a lot. You see what babies, families, patients, or communities need. And you probably have more than one idea about how things could be better.

The hard part is turning that expertise into something focused, useful, and possible to implement in the real world.

The Nova Impact Lab is a four-week implementation accelerator for researchers, clinicians, educators, founders, and health leaders ready to move an idea or project forward.

Join the waitlist to be the first to hear when the next cohort opens.

You don't need another idea. You need to move one forward.

Maybe you're developing a program, product, intervention, service, research project, educational resource, community initiative, or new approach to care.

Maybe you can see the problem clearly, but you're still asking:

How do I narrow everything I know into one focused project?

How do I get the right partners, champions, or organizations on board?

How do I communicate the value of my work so people understand why it matters?

How do I pilot it, learn from what happens, and decide what deserves to grow?

That's what we work through together inside the Impact Lab.

FROM EXPERTISE TO IMPACT.

Over four highly interactive weeks, you'll work through four questions:

🔎 WHY: Why are you the exact person that needs to tackle this challenge?
🔎 WHAT: What is your specific solution and what exact problem is it solving?
🔎 WHO: Who do you need onboard to help bring your solution to life?
🔎 WHEN: When and how often will the world experience your work?

The Impact Lab combines practical teaching with hands-on project building, live strategic coaching, peer feedback, and weekly 1:1 support.

You'll leave with a clearly defined project and a plan for moving it into the world, including:

Project Blueprint A clear articulation of your WHY, WHAT, WHO, and WHEN.
Signature Impact Deck: A polished and practiced pitch deck for partners, participants, or funders

Implementation + 12-Month Impact Roadmap: A practical plan to test, learn, refine, and grow.

Leadership Tools: A sustainable system for longterm imapct without burning out as a founder

Peer Feedback: An intimate and supportive cohort of fellow developmental/perinatal leaders

✓ 1-1 Strategy Support: Personalized feedback from me, your personal Chief Science & Impact Officer

Why listen to me?

I studied infant development across four continents.
I've worked with families, communities, researchers, and practitioners across academia, startups, nonprofit, and government.

I've documented that the assumptions we take for granted about babies, caregiving, and development are far from universal. That realization shaped how I apply developmental science to create impactful programs, products, and policies.

Now I'm sharing that framework with others.

The Impact Lab may be for you if...

You work in maternal, infant, child, family, or community health and development
You have expertise, lived experience, research, or professional insight you want to translate into action
You see a problem you want to help solve
You have an idea or existing project you want to clarify, build, pilot, improve, or grow.

And most importantly:
You're ready to do something with it.

You do not need a finished business plan, established organization, large audience, or perfectly formed idea.
You need something you care enough about to move forward.

Ready to turn what you know into what you do?

Join the Impact Lab waitlist for first access to upcoming cohort dates, applications, and opportunities to experience the Impact Lab approach.

What we'll cover.

Over four highly interactive weeks, you'll work through four questions:

WHY

Why are YOU the exact person that needs to tackle this challenge?

Clarify your founder story, overcome imposter syndrome, and

WHAT

What is your specific solution and what problem is it solving, for whom?

Translate evidence and expertise into a focused, developmentally aligned solution grounded in real-world needs.

WHO

Who will help bring it to life?

Identify the people, partners, champions, implementers, and audiences your project needs, and learn to communicate its value to them.

WHEN

When will the world experience your work?

Build a realistic plan to launch, learn, refine, repeat, and grow your impact sustainably.

What you'll leave with.
